They're of exceptional quality, were shipped very quickly, were packaged perfectly, and arrived totally free of any damage -- a true feat considering they shipped from Europe to the USA! It arrived long before I expected it to, and was packaged so well that even with international shipping there wasn't the slightest dent on the artwork. And of course the prints themselves are AMAZING -- the perfect collectibles for die-hard Timeless fans like me! I look forward to adding more in this awesome series of prints to my collection ASAP. My order did not arrive and the estimated shipping date has passed.
In my experience, orders usually take up to 14 business days to arrive. However, sometimes it takes a little longer, depending on the postal service in your country. I wouldn't worry unless your order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks. However, should you have any concerns regarding your order, feel free to contact me at any given time.
How do you make your prints?
I print at a local print shop. A lady named Sylvia helps me.
Sometimes, I partner up with MOO.
I've seen some of your art that's not in your shop. Can I still buy it?
Sure, just send me a message and I will add it for you.
Do you offer Track & Trace options?
Not for A4 prints or smaller sizes. For A3 prints, Track & Trace is included in the shipping cost.
How do I look after your art prints?
The best way to preserve the art print is to touch it as little as possible. Moreover, because my prints are matte, you can get a frame with glass.
